kke (家) - to inhabit or reside in a placeShakke Studio expands on the principle of shakkei (借景), which means "borrowed scenery", or to incorporate natural elements of the surrounding environment into becoming part of the architectural composition. With a picturesque approach, the studio offers designs that are contextually aware and can seamlessly frame views, environment, materials, and colors, into their overall composition. It is through these visuals that a dialogue should be communicated between the structure, design, and context.
